you to preset both Hub Doc and zeros documents publishing information from the supplier details

this ensures the same information is prefilled when the supplies document is uploaded to HUB duck and ready

to be published 20 you can press it keep publishing information including zero and hub Ducks supplier contact details zeros

transaction type general ledger account code tax rate and tracking categories in this video The Hub

doc Education team will show you how the supplies order rules feature works and how they can take subducts

document management automation to the next level let's get started in this video will show

you how to set supplier rules proactively and manage additional suppliers settings to manage your clients

automated and manual suppliers click the accounts button and then the manage accounts tab to set up supplier

rules click on the specific account you would like to configure if one of your suppliers

has multiple sub accounts you are able to configure different rules for each sub account in the yellow window navigate

to the destination section and click the configure rules 40 check box to open configuration settings you can set

email alerts to remind you when a new document is retrieved and when a bill is due in

five days note that a bill pay email reminder will only be sent if means associated with that account

include due dates email alerts will be sent to the email associated with the Hub doc account usually your

clients email or an alias redirecting to your email address when you are finished configuring supplier rules remember
