in today's video we will show you how abducts duplicate document detection feature Works subducts duplicate detection

feature will flag any potential duplicate documents by displaying a duplication warning message this feature is designed to save you

time and reduce errors in managing your payables by spending less time double-checking uploaded documents in this

video The Hub dock Education team will show you how the duplicate document detection feature works

and how you can manage potential duplicate documents effectively let's get started all right I'm gonna

give this a quick tour of the new duplicate detection feature so put myself in the accountants shoes I've just

logged into one of my clients organizations and I see that there's a few documents for me to

review and I've noticed that this one's been flagged as a duplicate so what I'll do is I'll go ahead

and I'll click on it and okay so each document that has the same supplier date and amount is flagged

as a potential duplicate document cool so what I probably want to do is see what

those other documents are so I'll just open this drawer and then inside this drawer

I'll see the two other documents and it looks like I've already marked this one is not a

duplicate by clicking on the button here in the UI so I'm just going to go ahead

and move this one to trash and then I'll be able to continue doing my
