today's video we will introduce the Hub duck mobile app and show you how to

use it the Hub Doc mobile app is a great tool for uploading receipts and invoices on the

go using your phone camera you can take pictures of your receipts directly into Hub duck or upload an

existing image saved in your smartphone The Hub duck app is free to download on the app

store or the Google Play Store store in this video The Hub dark Education team will step you

through how to upload documents on the hubcap let's get started the Hub Doc mobile app

is mainly used by clients for uploading documents to their account it's a little for free

on the App Store and Google Play login using your Hub doc account credentials click allow if

you would like Hub doc to send you notifications as an advisor you will see

a list of all the clients you have access to and can select which account

to enter if your client only has access to their account they will only have the option to

select their business name there are two ways to upload documents the first is by taking

a photo with the app select the green camera icon in the bottom right corner Hub

talk to access your phone's camera and then take a photo of your document it's important to ensure the

supplier name date and total amount or visible so that Hub doc can accurately extract the data Pro tip you

can focus the camera by tapping the document on the screen when you are happy with the photo

select use Photo this document will automatically be uploaded to the appropriate account in appear

in the document Street the second option is to select an existing photo saved to your

phone tap the hamburger icon in the top left corner and select choose photo then choose

the appropriate photo to upload you can also tap on the document to preview the image and ensure that it

is clear to add a tag to a document click the drop-down Arrow beside your document and select

X you can search existing tags or can create a new one to create a new tag type in

the name and click the plus sign to add it to your document this tag will also be reflected

in the web app to delete a document select the drop-down arrow and click delete to access
