in today's video we will show you how to publish documents from Hub top 20

Hub duck retrieves contacts tax codes expense or income accounts and bank accounts from the linked zero organization

this information is used to code the transactions to publish 20 there are five transaction types available for posting

accounts payable credit notes in this video The Hub doc Education team will show you how to

upload record and publish a source document from Hub dr0 what the published transaction looks like in zero

and how easy is to reconcile it via the bank feeds let's get started up doc integrates with zero to

make it easy to manage your receipts bills and transactions use Hub dock to extract data from your bills

and receipts record them as transactions in zero and reconcile them in a single click click sign in with

zero to go straight to your Hub doctor sport now let's upload a bill to HUB

doc click upload document and upload the bill close the window when it's complete click the bill

to choose the document type and check the extracted details are correct if any Fields marked with

a red star are incomplete be sure to enter their information to add this bill

as a transaction in zero click the arrow to expand the zero destination confirm the transaction type and Status

the zero contact the bill is from and the account code Pub doc mate autofill these fields

for you using data is pulled from zero enter a description then click publish to create the transaction in zero

you can head straight to the transaction from Hub doc head to your bank reconciliation

screen and reconcile a transaction in a single click so connect Hub dr0 to quickly and accurately record
