in today's video we will show you how you can email documents directly into Hub duck there are a

number of ways you can upload documents into Hub duck including upload documents that are

saved on your computer drag-and-drop documents email documents to help doc using Hub docs unique email address and finally

by taking choose of documents using the Hub Doc mobile app in this video The Hub doc Education team will

step you through how you can email documents directly into Hub duck and how you can further automate

this process by providing your Hub Ducks unique email address to your suppliers or by setting up Auto

forwarding rules in your email manager let's get started email documents you've received from suppliers

directly into Hub dock this removes the stress of double handling or accidentally uploading the wrong document send documents

to your Hub doc account using your unique email address address customize the prefix to

make it easier for you and others to remember and use you can edit this in the organization tab

of your account settings update the prefix to something that's familiar such as the name of your business

as long as it's not taken it's free to use once you've updated your unique email address copy it to

your clipboard and share it with your colleagues and suppliers so they can email documents directly to your Hub doc

account Hub doc automatically each individual documents from email attachments it saves the body of the

email as a document when it doesn't include an attachment select this option if you want Hub doc to create

documents from both the attachments and the body of the email when emailing a document you or your supplier can

add a note by using the hashtag note at the start and end of a sentence if you have

multiple attachments within an email Hub doc attaches the note to each document once uploaded

you can also set up an email forwarding rule for suppliers that send you bills or receipts on a
